After picking up a commitment from Kentucky transfer Jordan Robinson earlier in the day, Cincinnati received the commitment of Southeast Missouri State defensive lineman Harris Adams shortly after.

Adams is a massive man at 6-foot-3 320 pounds and should provide depth in the interior of UC's defensive line. In two seasons at SEMO, Adams finished with 29 tackles, 3 tackles-for-loss, and one sack.
While those numbers might not pop to most, when you turn on the film it is quickly clear why Cincinnati thought the Dickson, Tennessee native would be a good fit. He shows good explosion and strength off the ball and has good quickness for his size.
Adams comes to Cincinnati with two years of eligibility remaining.
