Simas Lukosius announced return
While Viktor Lakhin and Jamille Reynolds announced their departures from Cincinnati on Monday and Tuesday, Bearcats' second leading scorer, Simas Lukosius took to Instagram to announce his return on Tuesday afternoon.
The junior guard battled injuries throughout the season but still managed to finish averaging 11.8 ppg, 3.1 rpg, 2.9 apg and led the team in 3-point shooting (38.5%).
Lukosius really came on at the end of the season, scoring in double figures in five-of-six post season games with an average of 19.5 ppg while making 29-of-63 shots from deep.
With Dan Skillings and Jizzle James also making it known they will be back in the red and black in 2024/25, the Bearcats will return 5 of their top five of their top seven players from this season's roster.
