Lenric Barber Commits to Cincinnati
After picking up a commitment from 3* Michigan offensive tackle Aiden Pastoriza earlier in the day, the Bearcats added another commitment tonight in 3* Ora (GA) defensive tackle Lendric Barber.
Like Pastoriza, Barber was also committed to a different program prior to committing to the Bearcats. The 6'2 305 lb defensive tackle committed to Coastal Carolina on July 4th a Cincinnati offer on September 19th ultimately forced him to re-consider his options.
Barber's film shows a big, physical guy with explosion off the snap in the middle of the defense. He simply over powers the opposition while playing in Georgia's AAAAA classification.
Barber becomes the 23rd commit of the 2024 Cincinnati recruiting class and third defensive line commit, joining Garrison Butler and Marquaze Parker.
