The biggest topic that most Cincinnati fans were interested in hearing about was the status of the waivers of transfers Aziz Bandaogo and Jamille Reynolds. With both being two time transfers, the Bearcats were going to have to go through a process to get both eligible.

Wes mentions below that both waivers have been denied and that they are in the appeals process:

This team returns a lot of talent, but also added key players to improve the depth and positional versatility.

Cincinnati recently played in a "super secret scrimmage" against Marylenad, which probably isn't so secret if we are discussing it at media day. Wes gives his take on that scrimmage and then describes the type of impact and excitement that the return of Jordan Brand has had on his program, recruiting , and the fanbase.

John Newman was one of the first calls that Wes Miller made when coming to Cincinnati from UNC-Greensboro. Newman had to sit out last season but is back this season and healthy. Wes Miller described his impact on the team and program.

There is a lot of excitement surrounding the program right now as we head in to the first season of being in the Big 12. Wes discussed that excitement and some of the challenges that come with being in a new league.

Cincinnati will begin their season Monday November 6th against the UIC Flames out of the Missouri Valley Conference in an 8:00 pm tip off.
