In this week's edition of the At Large Bid Bearcats pod, we are joined by 2025 4* Calhoun (GA) tight end Emaree Winston, 2024 4* St Joseph's Prep Cincinnati QB commit Samaj Jones, and 2024 3* Oswego (IL) offensive tackle Zac Clarke.
Emaree Winston:
Emaree is currently rated the 103rd best player nationally and the #4 tight end in the 2025 class. A big, bruising tight end that also plays basketball, Emaree discusses the Nippert atmosphere for the Oklahoma game, his relationship with Cincinnati tight end coach Josh Stepp, what he's looking for from a school at the next level, and gives a timeline for what his upcoming schedule looks like.
Samaj Jones:
Samaj currently has his St Joseph's Prep team ranked #11 nationally and was joined on his visit by teammate and Cincinnati WR commit Elijah Jones. He discusses that relationship with Elijah, his relationship with this staff, what led to commitment to Cincinnati, and overall vibe of the atmosphere for the Oklahoma game.
Zac Clarke
Zac is a 3* offensive tackle that was originally committed to Western Michigan. After working with offensive line coach Nic Cardwell and earning an offer at a Cincinnati camp, he decided to set up an official visit to UC for the week one opener against EKU. Clarke eventually de-committed from WMU and committed to the Bearcats on September 24th. He discusses that relationship with Nic Cardwell and his decision to flip to Cincinnati.
