USC big man Arrinten Page commits to Cincinnati

One day after receiving the commitment of Bradley transfer Connor Hickman, Cincinnati received the commitment of 6-foot-11 USC big man Arrinten Page out of the transfer portal.

Page is a former 4-star prospect and was ranked 57th in the class of 2023.

Wes Miller and his staff are familiar with Page and his potential. The Bearcats finished second in Page recruitment last off season when he elected to head west and play for Andy Enfield at USC with former high school teammate, Isaiah Collier.

Following head coach Andy Enfield's departure to SMU, Page entered his name into the transfer portal for a fresh start.

Page appeared in 27 games, averaging just under 11 minutes per game, but did not appear in the final four games of the season. He finished his true freshman year averaging 3.1 points, 2.1 rebounds and shot 49.2 percent from the field. While not known for his outside shooting, he also made 5-of-16 attempts from deep.

In three games against Arizona, Colorado, and Gonzaga, Page averaged 7.0 points, 5 rebounds.

Page has a big, strong frame and runs the floor extremely well for his size. He is best in transition, as well as situations where he can be used as a lob threat in the pick-and-roll. While he didn't show a high-level ability to make an impact around the rim defensively, he has the raw athleticism and strength to become a rim protector as he continues to grown and develop.

Cincinnati now has one scholarship remaining for the 2024/25 season.
